Development regarding Employees Obliged to Pay Social Insurance 2002/2007 in Bavarian municipalities

Employees obliged to pay social insurance are all those workers and salaried earners who are subject to compulsory insurance coverage according to the Employment Policy Law. These employees amount to an average of 75 % of all gainfully employed persons since persons independently employed, public officials and relatives who help out in a family enterprise are not included here.
